Context

From OD-2885: AI and service users are excluded from Enterprise user-month / license calculation (confirmed by @robin), but https://onedev.io/pricing does not document this.

Current pricing footnote only says:

* Disabled users excluded for license calculation

Requested change

Update the pricing page so it also states that service accounts and AI users are excluded from license / user-month calculation (in addition to disabled users).

Example wording:

* Disabled users, service accounts, and AI users excluded for license calculation
