The browser title of any issue, PR, or build places the reference at the end of the title.
Desired behavior:
The reference should appear at the beginning of the title instead.
Motivation:
Only the first few words of the title are visible in the browser tab. With the reference at the end, it gets truncated – so we lose the single most important piece of information: the project and the number, which is what mnemonically ties our brain to what the issue is actually about. Moving it to the front ensures that identifying reference is always visible.
