"Connection lost or session expired, reload to recover" after upgrade to 13.1.7 (OD-2650)

Similar to #OD-2628 but mine started happening right after the upgrade from 13.1.0 to 13.1.7. I am using IIS as a reverse proxy and have verified it matches the NGINX config. There are no errors in the Developer Tools console. However, in the web server logs I see the following:

The 502 code caught my eye, could it be an application issue?

I do not have IIS (this setting is contributed by other users) for testing. Can you please check if this issue happens with Nginx?
