Right now issue notification emails have From headers formatted like this: "~OneDev Notifier support@example.com"
For the helpdesk use case scenario it is necessary to be able to customize the header. Instead of ~OneDev Notifier, I would like to be able to use a custom, branded name. Otherwise, it would be confusing to our customers as they do not know what OneDev is.
Is there a way to customize this element?

Please upgrade to latest version, which uses user name or branding name if possible. However it still contains [OneDev] which is necessary for OneDev to trim off reply quoations from email message automatically.

Thank you very much for a light fast resolving this and other issues reported by our team.

I see the email notifications are different now but is there a setting to decide whether it uses user name or branding name? I cannot find anything.

If the notification email is initiated by a user (reply ticket, create ticket via email, etc), it will use user name, otherwise use brand name.

Ok, that works for me, thank you. I guess we can close the ticket.
