The CLI setup is not really setting the project up for development, but more "compiling from source", I recommend moving what is explained here into a dedicated page for those who want to compile OneDev from source. The majority of people who want to contribute to OneDev will use an IDE.
I am thinking of adding a sneaky "How to contribute using neovim" guide, which pretty much nobody will ever have the stupidity of using, apart from me of course, but it would be a better replacement for "cli setup"
