When I create an issue, I write something in the Description.
Here, I also have uses apostrophes and a todo list/checkbox/tasklist. Whenever I tick the checkbox visually (not via Edit), the apostrophes turn into their text-based alternatives.
I've just put this here to hopefully test it out here & I'm not even sure if it'll work.
