Apostrophes/Symbols lost when ticking a checkbox. (OD-608)

When I create an issue, I write something in the Description.

Here, I also have uses apostrophes and a todo list/checkbox/tasklist. Whenever I tick the checkbox visually (not via Edit), the apostrophes turn into their text-based alternatives.

I&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#039;ve just put this here to hopefully test it out here &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; I&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#039;m not even sure if it&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;#039;ll work.

Yea, I just tried ticking and un-ticking them, and all the symbols are replaced.
