Consider adding tod to the Docker MCP Registry #4
Robby Ciliberto opened 3 months ago

I've been using tod as an MCP server and wanted to see if the team would be interested in adding it to the Docker MCP Registry.

The registry has become a common way to manage MCP servers across clients, and the contribution process is fairly lightweight. A Dockerfile and a server.yaml with metadata and config schema.

This would be valuable for a few reasons:

  • The Docker MCP Toolkit lets users discover and manage MCP servers from a single place across clients (Claude Code, VS Code, etc.)
  • tod is already a solid MCP server, so it would be a natural fit
  • OneDev users would get one-command setup via docker mcp add tod
  • The registry's config schema has built-in support for secrets and environment variables, which could work well as an alternative to ~/.todconfig in a containerized setup

Thanks for considering it!

TOD no longer a MCP tool now. It is a CLI with companion skills.
