	Andreas Wachter opened 11 months ago to enable this change, please merge https://code.onedev.io/onedev/build-environment/~pulls/1 first, because `buildx` is needed. this would build 1dev/server and 1dev/agent as amd64 and arm64 and push them to hub.docker.com
