Refactor text diff expander functionality

Removed the text diff expander test plan and updated the test cases to reflect directional arrow controls for expanding text diffs. Adjusted the logic for expanding context sizes in the DiffExpandSupport class and modified related CSS for better layout. Increased the default diff expand size for improved user experience.
