The desktop tooltip change matches the requested wording, but the compact/mobile menu still exposes the action only as Link. Please make the upload path discoverable in that UI as well.

Reviewed the full patch. The Link / upload wording is now consistent across the desktop toolbar and compact/mobile action menu, addressing issue #2937. No blocking findings.
