IFTTT when changing fields/values (OD-975)

I was wondering if there is a way to set it up so if I move an issue to "Deployed", it will automatically mark that issue as Closed, and if I remove it from there, it will re-open it.

The field is a custom enum field.

This is not possible. How about definining a "deployed" state instead of a cutom field.
