Remote Kubernetes Executor (OD-974)

As far as I can tell only docker and bare-metal executors are catered for. Is it possible to configure a remote Kubernetes executor? My use case:

I have installed the docker edition of OneDev on my Synology NAS - this is were I keep data and services which I do not want to lose and it is backed up regularly. I also have a kubernetes cluster which is dispensible and I am rather careless with. This is where I would like to run builds and deploy my applications.

Just define a k8s executor and it should do the job. Checkout below tutorial for an example setup:
