How to trigger a build from a webhook? (OD-945)

Hello,

I saw the issue #506, but I would like to know, how to integrate the same the other way round. Is there a way to trigger a build from a webhook?

My CMS is using a webhook, whenever there is a specific change. I would love to trigger a new build every time and push to my registry. Is it possible to generate a webhook in my onedev codebase?
