Mark a build as not deletable (OD-928)

Hi,

I set a preserve rule policy to the 20 last builds which works as expected. Could it be possible to mark a build as "not deletable" by the onedev build cleaner ? This specific build will be delete by me later ?

In next release, one will be able to star objects in OneDev (issue #929). With this feature, you can add a separate preserve rule to preserve all starred builds.
