(related to https://code.onedev.io/projects/160/issues/919) On GitHub, if you link to source code with lines range it generates a preview in issue of linked code, which is very convenient as it gives relevant information directly in the issue.

It would be great if it would work across all projects on particular 1dev instance. And it would be even better if it could retrieve preview from other services (github/gitea/gitlab/etc).

Note: it should not modify the (source) contents of the comment in issue so the link should stay as the link - it should only generate it for preview.
