If we made some changes - say we added a comment, then the changes should persist immediately. If we get so, the system failure (power failure for instance) can't lead to loss of the changes.

The comment is not saved while you are editing it. So if you experience a network issue at the time of submitting, the content will get lost.

For example, when I add a comment, and if I see the comment in a page, then it should be already persisted.
