Onedev rejects valid email addresses with plus character (OD-832)

I'm trying to add a github private-type email address to a user, but OneDev doesn't like the plus character:

The value of 'Email address' is not a valid email address

The email is in the following format:

[email protected]

The following private-type email addresss from gitlab was OK:

[email protected]

Would be good to have this implemented. Thanks

I'm still evaluating the software but I can see myself continuing to use this in the short and medium term (at least).
