.bat file (windows batch) is seen as binary not as text (OD-83)

Hi,

I use a pre-build script ConfGitShaBeforeBuild.bat in Visual Studio to get the sha of HEAD and add it to my appweb version.

This file is a windows batch file (text) and is added to git history. OneDev see it as binary file instead of text and i can't view this content or the associated commit.
