History page: lack of information and controls on page (OD-662)

When going to "History" page from "Code"->"Files" page, the "History" page will be opened for the branch what was selected on "Files" page. But there is no information about selected branch name. Also it would be convenient to switch between branches on "history" page and view history for all branches.

I've realized that all such functionality is present and achievable by writing queries. And there is predefined query named "All" which show all branches. But my expectations were to see something like combobox widget on "Files" page:

I lowered the priority of this ticket. Maybe it could be closed at all...

The history page shows all ancestor commits of particular commit and path, and may contain commits from multiple branches. Branch selection/display is not applicable in this page.
