Upgrade on Windows not working (command "Upgrade" not found") (OD-644)

In all release after the version 6.2.1 (not included), in the "upgrade.bat" file the specified command is "Upgrade" and not "upgrade". This is causing the upgrade to fail due to an invalid command.
