The relative directory is calculated based on the directory containing upgrade script which is
/home[user]/onedev-6.3.20. This seems confusing and I will change that. For now, please specify absolute path to your old OneDev directory as the upgrade param:
onedev-6.3.20/bin/upgrade.sh /home/[user]/onedev -
Previous Value Current Value Cannot upgrade from 6.3.9 to 6.3.20
Relative directory passed to upgrade script should be calculated based on current working directory

Howdy
I'm trying to upgrade (again) and I'm getting an error different to issue #586
I've got OneDev installed at /home/[user]/onedev/. I wget 6.3.20 to the user dir (home/[user]/onedev-6.3.20.zip), and extracted it there too (so home/[user]/onedev-6.3.20/) Then I ran
onedev-6.3.20/bin/upgrade.sh onedev, from the /home/[user] dir.
