Looks like you've customized issue states. After customization, please follow the reconciliation process to fix your issue states first:

-
Previous Value Current Value Open
Closed
-
Previous Value Current Value Closed
Open
-
There was no option to reconcile after changing the states, nor is there an option to do it now.
-
Please do the following:
From menu
Administration / Issue Setting / States, edit stateOpen(or any other state) toOpen2, save it, and then edit it again to change back toOpen. This will force OneDev to show the state reconciliation link. Then you can follow the link to fix non-existent states. -
I've just done that, and I get the same issue.
-
Can you please show me the reconciliation option page?
-
I've tried just switching it to Open2 (and not changing it back), and the same issue.
Could the State Transitions have any effect? I made some others, but it never asked me to reconcile.
-
Changing state transition does not matter. I will look into the issue further.

State changed as build #2394 is successful
-
After upgrading to build #2394, please rename arbitrary issue state again (and change back) to force OneDev show the reconciliation link, then click the link to fix the incorrect issue state ordinals.

On the project list, I've got 1 particular project which returns the panda with "Oops! There is an error" page whenever I click on the small "issues" link underneath the name (not the Open or Closed links).
The error message is:
