Error monitoring inbox (OD-617)

Hi

I've been looking through the logs, just to double check if emails may have come through, if they were spammed, etc. (just in case I missed one, just as with issue #615) I've noticed a lot of error messages: ERROR [Thread-13] i.o.s.n.DefaultMailManager Error monitoring inbox.

Sometimes they're Thread 15, sometimes they're Thread 13.

My only concern is I don't actively watch the support@ email address, so if a ticket has failed to come through (as with referenced issue), I wouldn't know.

    This means that mail server closes connection occasionally and this is normal. Upon connection closing, OneDev will reconnect after 5 seconds. So issue lost due to this should be very rare.

    I've attached the latest log. This issue has happened twice today, where tickets aren't being created. Could be related to issue #615, I'm not sure.

    In any case, I tried to create a ticket by adding the support email in the CC. That didn't work. I tried later and forwarded an email to the support address, changing the subject and also the body. They didn't work.

    I tried 2 mins afterwards (after creating a "test" ticket) and that worked.

    Times were 09:02, 09:37 and 09:39 GMT. onedev not creating tickets.txt
