When post comment to issue by replying the email, you may add other people to the To/Cc list. OneDev will then add them as watchers automatically if their email addressed are authorized to access project of the issue via service desk sender authorization.

So replying via email, just add them to TO/CC as normal?
What about from the platform itself? Can I add them from there? I've tried @'ing them if they're already registered/submitted a ticket previously.

You may also mention them in comment body, and all mentioned users will be added as watchers automatically (as long as they haven't unwatch relevant issue queries)

Is there a way to add multiple people to reply to?
So far, it only seems to be a 1-to-1 thing, and I'm not sure how to add others as Watchers (so they get emails when the issue has been updated).
