Strip HTML colors on incoming support tickets (OD-613)

I use OneDev in dark mode (noticed that this site isn't).

I have one client which had styled their emails to include a font colour. On a light background, this is fine, but a dark background it makes it difficult. Currently I have to copy the email body and then remove the description to paste in just the text.

Is there a way to strip the HTML from incoming tickets?
