Issue board on mobile (OD-609)

The issue board could be improved in mobile view. If you have activated the backlog and then try to drag a card from the Open column to the Closed column, the view jumps and it is not possible as a result.

Furthermore, the moved cards disappear until you refresh the window.

This release fixes the board column jumping issue. For the card disappearing issue, please check if you are running OneDev behind a proxy, if yes, make sure the proxy is configured to allow websocket connections:
