You may create a job with name for instance "Release", and make it publish your release artifacts automatically, then you can create a query matching the release builds to serve as project releases. For instance:

OneDev 7.x will also add the ability to customize project dashboard, so that you can add releases directly to project dashboard page to make it easily accessible.

but the way,How long the Job history(or artifacts) is keep?

This depends on the build preserve rules in project build setting. In OneDev for instance, the release builds are preserved forever, while CI builds are cleaned up everyday.
