it could be usefull if we could set the current "developer" of a project as the default assignee for new issue.

OneDev is able to define default value for custom issue field. Check this scenario for an example: https://code.onedev.io/projects/onedev-manual/blob/master/pages/default-assignee.md

For this project, I've changed default assignee to be myself.
