Feature Request: Add enable/disable for each step under CI/CD #527

This is not something urgent. But could you add the ability to disable the CI/CD steps individually. At the moment, if I want to add new steps, or try different configurations, I have to remove any existing steps.

This can be done by setting step condition to "never" execute like below:
