The Build local menu is no longer accessible when adding bugs to onedev at https://code.onedev.io/ (OD-500)

Therefore it is now impossible to add a but report to OneDev. NB. I add this as an Improvement although it is a Bug for the above reason.

In fact I guess onedev is NOT the right project, onedev/server is.

Thanks for reporting, I am moving the issues to be under onedev/server now

To reference build not belonging to current project, prepend the project name in the search box, for instance: onedev/server#
