Disable in-browser editor (OD-47)

Disable in-browser editor #47

For educational purposes I would like to be able to disable the file-editing functionality from within the browser. Is there a setting or other way to realise this?

@bon I'd like not to add the online editing disable option, as it seems to be like an edge case.
