project query: non-forks only (OD-421)

I don't know whether this is already possible:
I want to query all projects that are not forks of any other.

There is a "forks of" condition. If it would support * the result could be achieved by not forks of "*".
If this one requires code I would be happy to try it.

It is a good idea to support wildcards in forks of. Will be available in next minor release.

A query criteria fork roots is added to support this.
