Support emoji on git history (gitmoji) (OD-404)

Hello,

Thank you so much for this awesome gem of software. I use gitmoji principles in order to prefix my commits but unfortunately, the result is not very fancy inside onedev.

Would it be possible for git histories to support emojis, please ?!
