Support colours in build output (OD-339)

It would be nice if the build output window was able to support colours, currently I run terraform commands with -no-color to remove ANSI escape chars showing up. Also, can we get support for emoticons/emojis?

I plan to redesign log output and step execution status in future release. Emoji and color will certainly be supported then.
