Summary
On the issue detail page, the "Related links" list increases a row's height when the link icon appears on mouse hover. Because the icon is inserted inline with the link text, long link titles are pushed onto an extra line, causing a sudden vertical reflow that makes the list jarring to browse.
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
Hovering a related link should reveal the icon without changing the row's height or wrapping the text. The list layout should stay stable while moving the mouse over it.
Actual behavior
The icon is placed inline with the link text, which can force the text to wrap to a second line. The row height changes abruptly each time the mouse enters or leaves a link. See the attached screen recording.
Suggested fix
Position the icon out of the normal text flow (for example, absolutely positioned inside a relatively positioned row, with reserved horizontal space) so that showing or hiding it never affects wrapping or row height.
Environment
Additional context
Severity is minor - the feature is usable as-is - but the layout jump is distracting during normal browsing of the related links list.
