Nuget has recently changed how we can use their API.

Before, the API keys expiration could be 1 year. Now because there are pushing to a new system (almost only compatible with github CI/CD), the max key expiration is 1 month. It's a pain to maintain.

Could you take a look, so OneDev is compatible with their new trusted publishing system ?
