Problem

On the builds page, each build row currently shows information such as the build number, status, job name, and various other columns, but there is no way to display the build description that is manually set by the user.

Descriptions are useful for identifying builds at a glance, but today users have to open each build individually to see it.

Desired Solution

Add a Description column to the builds page.

Ideally this should be an optional column that users can enable/disable, so that the builds page stays uncluttered for those who do not need it, while giving those who do the option to turn it on.

Use Case

• Quickly scanning a list of builds to tell which one corresponds to which change/PR, without opening each build.
• Making the builds list more informative for teams that rely on build descriptions.
