Problem

On any of the workspaces pages (whether in a project or a global view), when a workspace is displayed, there is a column that shows the issue or pull request the workspace is running for.

Elsewhere in the application, hovering over a link to an issue or a pull request shows a tooltip displaying the name and status of that issue or pull request. However, this tooltip does not display on the workspace pages.

Expected Behavior

Hovering over the issue/pull request link in the workspaces pages should display a tooltip showing the name and status of the issue or pull request the workspace is running for, consistent with the behavior elsewhere.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a workspaces page (project view or global view).
2. Hover over the issue/pull request link shown in the workspace row.
3. Observe that no tooltip appears.

Actual Behavior

No tooltip is shown.
