Feature to create custom workspace templates #3149

Hello, please would it be possible to add a feature where I can create custom workspace templates so I can reuse them? Reason is that I use custom:

I need to copy them one by one when I create new workspace in different project

You may define workspace spec in root project, and all child projects will inherit that automatically.

Yeah but all of my projects are separate root projects so they don't inherit from each other.
