I am trying to make a local app that can view large diffs for reviews. We have had a couple that have gotten very big. The idea is just to have something local that uses the OneDev API to handle the review interactions. Most of what I need exists, but there are a handful of endpoints that would be super helpful.

1. GET /~api/pulls/{requestId}/code-comments
2. POST /~api/code-comments (projectId, content, mark, compareContext)
3. POST /~api/code-comments/{id}/content
4. /~api/code-comment-replies (get/create/update/delete) and GET /~api/code-comments/{id}/replies
5. POST /~api/code-comments/{id}/resolve and /unresolve
6. GET /~api/code-comments/{id}/mark?commitHash=... (position mapped to a given commit, exactly like the web UI does)
7. GET /~api/projects/{id}/code-comments?query=&offset=&count=

Nice to have:

1. Per-user file "reviewed" state for a pull request
2. Confirm notifications/webhooks fire for API-created comments

This would be a huge help. Would be happy to test against a preview build.
