Add a choice dropdown at right side of the include disabled check, to optionally select user type to filter off. The dropdown should be visually accomply with other controls (same height etc). Add e2e test for the functionality (no filter, filter by ai user etc).

Implemented in PR #115: clearable user type filter beside Include Disabled on the users page, plus e2e coverage for no filter, AI, Service, and clear.
