You can upload a log file on a phone/tablet without drag-and-drop. There is already an upload path in the markdown editor — it is just not a separate toolbar icon labeled “Upload file”.

OneDev inserts a markdown link to the attachment. Pasting images from the clipboard also works; drag-and-drop is a desktop convenience, not the only way to attach files.
