Hello,

One only can target a dependency build as "Last Finished or Specified Job" or by its number but there is no way to launch a specified job if no build exists. I've only found "Post build actions" as a solution. "Pre build actions" with the possibility of not launch again a job whose build already exists would be very appreciated.
