Upgrade Onedev Version (OD-2821)

Upgrade Onedev Version #2821

We're running Onedev on version 13.1.7. Can we directly upgrade to this 15.0.0 version or is there any specific path for upgrade?

Is there any release notes available for the version upgrade?

OneDev is designed to be able to upgrade from any old version to current version
