We are currently experiencing an issue with automatic state transitions on applicable issues "fixed in current pull request". Before (2-4 versions of OneDev ago, can't remember exactly which version it stopped working) we would be able to trigger the automatic transition by typing "resolves ###" in the description of the PR, but now it does not seem to work.
