Self-signed trusted certificate does not work anymore #2751

After upgrading to 15.0.1 the agent cannot access onedev anymore because it somehow does not use the self-signed CA certificate anymore. The CA certificate ca.crt is valid and exists in /opt/onedev/conf/trust-certs as well as /agent/conf/trust-certs.

Build says (line breaks for readability):
