OneDev no longer runs after upgrade (OD-2635)

The upgrade was successful, but now when I start the Docker container, it just immediately stops:

I'm not seeing any error logs.

Fixed after restarting a few times. Weird.

Please make sure to add option "-it" to start the container if on foreground.

If start via docker compose, make sure to add option "tty: true" to OneDev container
