You may specify service desk email per project. They can be of different domain as long as inbox remains the same as specified in mail service setting.

Currently, support@mydomain works fine. But can I also add support@myotherdomain to manage support tickets?
If it helps, I don't think these are actual separate inboxes, but alias domains (so whichever email you use, it will come to the same inbox and I use the one login).
