.onedev-buildspec kaniko build validation issue (OD-2564)

The build spec is not able to be validated anymore after the last update of onedev. Error:

Error validating build spec (location: jobs[3].steps[3].interpreter.commands, error message: must not be empty)

This error occurs for build specs containing - !BuildImageWithKanikoStep The UI offers no option to add the interpreter+commands; and manually adding these attributes does also not work. Could you please have a look or provide some documentation, so I can fix my buildpipelines?

Previous version has a bug publishing Helm chart, and it has been fixed in 13.0.6.
